Your Insider Guide to the 2025 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes
Grab your booties (those little blue shoe covers, of course!) and get ready to step into the 2025 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes! This annual tradition brings together builders, designers, homeowners, and design enthusiasts across the Front Range to enjoy the latest in home design trends and custom craftsmanship. We’re proud to have had dozens of LGA Studios-designed homes featured in the Parade over the years, and in 2025, we can’t wait to show off the stunning Élan at Mountain Veil!
But first, let’s dive in with all the details you need to know before you go…
2025 Event Details: Your Parade of Homes Planning Guide
Dates: The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes typically runs for three weeks in September. For 2025, the event will take place from September 5th through September 21st.
Hours: Homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed on Monday and Tuesday).
Tickets: Tickets can be purchased online through the official Parade of Homes website. Tickets are $18 each for ages 16 and older, and kids 15 and under are free! Each ticket allows for unlimited entry to Parade homes during event hours, so you can go back and see your favorites as many times as you’d like!
Location: Like in previous years, the 2025 Parade of Homes is taking place in neighborhoods across Colorado Springs. Featured communities include Percheron, Wolf Ranch, Sterling Ridge, Gold Hill Mesa, Flying Horse North, Grandwood Ranch, Monument Junction, and Winsome. You can view the map of homes here.
Home Types: The Parade allows you to tour homes ranging in price from $360K to $3.9 million. Prevailing architectural styles this year include Modern Farmhouse, Modern Prairie, and plenty of Modern Contemporary as well.
Parade Like a Pro: Designer Tips and Tricks
Get the app: The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes has a great app where you can link your ticket, view homes, and, most importantly, view the interactive map to plan out your route and get directions.
Best times to visit: Weekends bring the crowds, so if you can, pick a weekday afternoon for a more relaxed tour, allowing you space to take notes and photos.
Don’t hesitate to ask questions: Builders, designers, and vendors will be onsite at many of the homes, and they love sharing insights about everything from materials, energy systems, and the design and building process in general. It can be a great opportunity to ask a pro and learn what’s possible for your own project.
What to notice: Beyond flashy finishes, and professional staging, pay attention to space planning, natural light, transitions between indoor and outdoor living, and smart storage — these are where the real magic of long-term livability happens. See what you notice when you look at window placement, ceiling heights, and how the home harmonizes with the site and views around it.
Don’t Forget to Vote! You can use your ticket number to vote online for your favorite homes in each category.
