OUR STORY

LGA Studios was founded in 1982 by Larry and Mary Gilland with a focus on thoughtful residential design and lasting client relationships. Over the years, the studio has designed thousands of homes and built a reputation for creativity, collaboration, and personalized service.

As part of EVstudio, LGA Studio continues that tradition while expanding the resources available to clients through a fully integrated architecture and engineering team. Backed by EVstudio’s multidisciplinary expertise in Structural, MEP, Civil, Survey, Interiors, and Field Services, the studio provides a comprehensive approach to residential design from concept through construction.

The team combines decades of residential experience with innovative technology, collaborative problem solving, and a client-focused process that prioritizes both design vision and functionality. Whether creating custom homes, renovations, or community-focused residential projects, LGA Studio and EVstudio work together to deliver thoughtful, integrated solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
